Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room faced an inner courtyard and was very quiet, but it was in very poor condition with no light bulbs, non-working TV, malfunctioning plug sockets, and a dark view of a wall. The service staff were unable to take any initiative, but they were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was significantly let down despite offering a wide variety of foods. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while a bit small, had a romantic atmosphere despite being a little dark. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, although there were some language barriers. The location was great for exploring Faro, but the noise from the nearby public viewing area due to the Football cup was a downside. The dining was delightful, especially the fresh fruit options. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were lovely, very spacious, with a big bed, mini fridge, and a beautifully decorated bathroom. The daily cleaning service kept everything immaculate. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the harbour area and nearby shops and bars. The dining experience was great with a plentiful selection of delicious foods. The staff were cheerful, accommodating, and regularly checked to ensure everything was perfect.
The hotel's location is perfect, right by the old town and shopping district, but the rooms were small and in poor condition with multiple issues. The service was mixed with some staff members being lovely while others seemed too busy. The dining experience was okay, but not consistent throughout the day. Overall, the hotel is convenient but lacks in room quality.
The hotel offers spacious, modern rooms designed for wheelchair users, making them comfy and spotlessly clean; however, a second higher shower head or an adjustable option would improve convenience. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist and ensure a pleasant stay.
